this is a list of things i can do to reduce my screentime from 7-8hrs/day to 5-3 (have to start somewhere lol)

online
there's always something outside of instagram to do...i'm sure...since i know my junkie brain does not respond well to things like "moderation" nor kicking habits "cold turkey," because i always do come back, the goal isn't to remove the source of stimulation but to add in enough other things to distract me.
1) neocities, 2) online games, 3) electronic compositions, 4) research rabbit holes, 5) youtube in the long-form, 6) writing

offline
there's the obvious: touching grass, birding, etc, but...
i want to also maybe list things like going to the theatre, reading and writing outside (weather permitting), cooking/baking.
